1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This website is an online shop managed through WooCommerce dedicated to the sale of vintage and second-hand clothing.

Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS

The products sold are vintage or second-hand garments. Due to their nature they may show: signs of wear, minor imperfections, fabric wear, colour variations. These characteristics are not considered defects, but are inherent to vintage products.

3. PRICES

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase process is carried out through the WooCommerce e-commerce system. After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.

5. PAYMENT

Payments can be made by: credit/debit card, PayPal, other secure payment gateways.

6. SHIPPING

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery times within the EU are 2 to 10 working days.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on the part of the shop.

8. INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the customer receives an incorrect product or one with an undescribed defect, they must notify us within 48 hours.

9. LIABILITY

As these are vintage products, the customer accepts that garments may show reasonable signs of wear.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by European Union legislation and Spanish e-commerce regulations.
